Ghana Football Association (GFA) ist der Fußballverband Ghanas.
Die GFA wurde 1957 gegründet und trat 1958 der FIFA und der CAF bei. Sie vertritt 250 Fußballvereine mit 125.000 Mitgliedern. Präsident ist Kwesi Nyantakyi (Stand: März 2006).
